FRA Membership
Membership forms can be obtained from any member, or available through the Branch Secretary/Treasurer.
Membership Requirements - To join the Fleet Reserve Association, you must certify that you meet the eligibility requirements of being a current or former enlisted member of the Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard, and that you can produce a copy of your military identification or DD Form 214 upon request.

2 years for $64.00 (New member price. Branch 104 special is: 2 years for $40.00. If membership is processed through the Branch Secretary)
3 years for $75.50
5 years for $180.00
